This is my last class before I take my Maternity Leave!!!! Thank you to all my amazing students for coming in to practice with me, I’ll be back on the schedule sometime in summer or fall of ‘24!

This class is at The Curative on Broadway near Astor Place. Class is 1.5hrs, giving us time to move, breathe, meditate, and laugh. Mats and props are all provided. Open to all, plenty of variations to play with, allowing us each to have a supportive practice.
